Is it royalty free?

 

Depending on a one-time license for a higher price as buyout, or with royalties for a lower price. Much of it depends on the intended use and size of audience. For instance, a major film with millions of viewers/listeners would be a different rather than for somebody’s individual website.

Yes - royalties are different depending on use. A one-time stream is much cheaper than, a repeated playing in a movie or TV show.
